The 2011 season has begun with a number of challenges. The spring was cool and growth has been slow. The plants are 3 weeks behind normal as of the end of June. Certain individual vines are showing the effects of cold weather damage from the last 2 years. However with some much needed heat in the forecast we hope that the crop will catch up.
